Napa, CA – The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for a 3-year-old girl who has been missing since April 5. Authorities believe the child is with a male suspect and are urging the public to provide any information that could help in locating her.

Zaida Carranza Gomez, described as 3 feet tall, weighing approximately 22 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on April 5 in Oakland. She was reportedly taken along in a gray 2001 or 2004 Ford Crown Victoria, which is believed to be driven by 31-year-old Siokifi Pulu.

Pulu, who is listed as a suspect in the case, is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. The CHP has not disclosed any further details about their relationship, but the situation remains urgent.

The Endangered Missing Advisory, issued on Tuesday, is part of an ongoing search to locate Zaida and ensure her safety. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the child or the suspect to contact 911 immediately.

The public is also asked to keep an eye out for the vehicle, a gray Ford Crown Victoria, and to report any sightings to help aid in the child’s safe recovery.

Anyone who has seen Zaida, Pulu, or the vehicle, or who may have any information related to this case, is strongly encouraged to come forward and assist law enforcement.

For those in the Bay Area, the CHP continues to follow all leads as they search for the missing child and suspect. The investigation is ongoing, and officials are hopeful that public assistance can lead to a swift and safe resolution.
